If you have a specific Keyboard/Mouse/AnyPart that is doing something strange, include the model number i.e. If you have a hard drive that is making a weird noise or is failing, please include the Model Number, when you started using it and any other details such as "I dropped it" or "It is brand new". These are important and can save you time when getting a question answered.
